Anita Perera Law Professional Corporation is well noted for our involvement in Co-operative Education Programs & Placements. We have received numerous Awards of Appreciation from the Peel District School Board (2016-2019) for being a host employer in their Co-operative Education Program and offering co-op positions to high school students interested in studying the field of law. We are also recognized by Humber College as we offer placements to paralegal students.

Co-op & Placements allow students to extend the knowledge they learn in their academic setting and apply it into the workplace. This aids students to develop work experience, positive work habits, and can help to build student’s resumes for university/college applications, as well as job applications.

Students have the opportunity to earn credits towards their graduation while gaining valuable employment experience at Anita Perera Law Professional Corporation. Students will fulfill tasks such as: typing affidavits, making sponsorship letters, going to court with the lawyer and many more learning experiences. We are eager to help students develop employability skills and experience that will benefit them in their future career.
